Rev. Tom Gilbert, Deacon

Tom spent ten years in the Episcopal Church serving as a deacon before coming to Imago Dei in 2017. He has been married for over 40 years and lives in Pittsfield with his three children and 7 grandchildren. Tom retired from a career as a civil engineer after 41 years in the field; he now spends his time serving those at Imago who are sick or homebound, preparing meals for the homeless, and volunteering as a chaplain at Sebasticook Valley Hospital in Pittsfield, where he also serves as a volunteer community member on a Patient Safety and Quality Committee. He makes the world’s best cookies.
